Dental Surgeon & Practice Manager: Dr HOSSEIN HESAMI DDS (Copenhagen), GDC registration number 76872
Having undertaken his studies in Denmark, Dr Hesami qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 1998. In addition to general dentistry, Dr Hesami also has a special interest in dental implants. He is a member of the British Dental Association and has over ten years’ experience of practice-based dentistry.
Associate Dentist : Dr Shirin Mirzadeh (Brussels) GDC registration number 73722
Shirin completed her dental education in Brussels and qualified as a dentist in 1993. After selling her own practice in 2022, she made the decision to work as a part-time associate and joined our team in April 2023. In addition to routine dentistry, Shirin now provides snoring and bruxism (teeth grinding) appliances & treatment, she also offers Invisalign.
Dental Therapist: CLAIRE WEEKS, GDC registration number 160410
Claire qualified from Cardiff University in 2012 with a Diploma In Dental Hygiene and Therapy. On completion of the course she was presented with four awards for her achievements, these were the Dentsply Clinical Dental Therapy Prize, the Dental Care Professional Dental Therapy Prize, and the British Society for Restorative Dentistry Undergraduate Prize and the Professionalism Prize.
Claire began her dental career as a dental nurse in 1998 and, with over 16 years experience, she has a real passion for the industry. She has a friendly and sympathetic approach which will put even the most nervous of patients at ease and she tailor makes all her appointments and advice to suit each individual’s needs.
Outside of dentistry she likes to keep fit with athletic sports, she’s a keen runner and is currently training for half marathons. She also enjoys musicals, reading, fine dining and trips to the country.
Dental Therapist: GLENDALE LINTAG, GDC registration number 138667
Glendale Dip DH DT RCS ENG graduated in 2012 and joined our team in 2016.
Glendale began her dental career as a dental nurse and with hard work, she has completed her Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. She enjoys helping patients to keep their mouth healthy:

Glendale has two daughter’s who take up most of her spare time, however she loves her family holidays and sports activities.
Dental Nurses:
We have five friendly Dental Nurses here at Burghfield Dental. Our team includes: Bipuna Gurung who is a qualified dental nurse who joined us October 2018, Rashida Shea is also qualified dental nurse who joined us in January 2020 . Summer Tackley is a qualified dental nurse who joined the team in October 2020. Gabby Tackley is a trainee dental nurse who joined us in November 2022 and Anna Rotaru is a trainee dental nurse who joined us in July 2023. Working alongside our Dentists to make sure each and every patient has the best care and experience possible. Our experienced dental nurses also cover reception their knowledge within dentistry makes reception duties run smoothly. The nurses are always happy to help in all areas & where possible.
